Appleseeds: A Boy Named Johnny Chapman Launch Party!

Come celebrate the launch of a new book for young readers by Longmeadow author, Melissa M. Cybulski. Set right here in the town where he grew up, Appleseeds: A Boy Named Johnny Chapman is the story of a boy who will grow up to be a legend, but first he needs to climb down from that tree, find his little brother, learn perfect cursive, and remember to put his shoes on before leaving the house!

Music, crafts, treats, tours of the Storrs House Museum and a new exhibit on Johnny, meet the illustrator, and a reading and signing by the author!

Books will be available for sale at the event.

The Batch ice cream truck will be out on the front lawn from 1-3pm.
